Many of our manufacturing clients need components cast for their machines or assembly. Utilizing our investment casting process we can manufacture near net shape castings, savings you time and money compared to other processes. 

Depending on the product and industry your business falls within, our manufacturing center in Plymouth Wisconsin may be able to produce it for you. FiveStar Castings holds +/-.005 per/inch tolerances and in many cases can hold tighter tolerances. As needed per applications. 

We follow strict quality assurance standards to ensure all products and components that leave the FiveStar Castings are high quality. ALL castings go through a final inspections, 100% visual and dimensional inspections as agreed upon with clients.
